PARK RULES, TERMS, CONDITIONS and RATES

Thank you for camping at Peaceful Pines Resort. Please be respectful of your hosts, neighbors and wildlife. The environment we have created at Peaceful Pines is one to allow our guests a quiet, nature-filled getaway for all. Please be sure that you, your family and your visitors read and understand these guidelines. They are designed to keep everyone safe and your stay an enjoyable one. Please remember, anyone not observing campground guidelines can and will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.

Check in & Check out: Check in time is 3:00pm-5:00pm. Check out is 10:00am for cabins and 11:00 for campsites. Late check out or early check in must get pre-approval from the campground.

Camp Store/Office Hours:

Camp Season (Apr-Oct): Everyday 9:00am-11:00pm, 2:00pm-5:00pm

Winter: By appointment only

Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm–7:00 am. Please allow others to get a good night’s sleep. NO loud music in the campground.

Speed Limit: Do not exceed 5MPH. You will be fined $25 for exceeding this speed limit. Repeat offenders will be asked to leave the campground without refund. You are responsible for your guests.

Children & Safety: Young children MUST always be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 must also be supervised in our bath house and camp store.

RV Campers: 8 Campers maximum per site. Tents must be approved prior to reservation.

Parking: You may have 2 vehicles per site. All vehicles must display a valid car pass. Overflow parking for vehicles, boats, trailers is available, please coordinate with the office.

Pets: Please keep pets leashed at all times. Max of 2 pets/site.  We welcome dogs at our RV sites; however, pets may never be left unattended. Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave (no matter the breed). Always clean up after your pet. Pets are prohibited in the bathrooms.

Campfires/Picnic Tables: Do not move fire rings or take picnic tables from other sites. Do not burn trash. All campfires must be in the provided fire pit and extinguished when going to bed or leaving the campsite. Do not bring firewood, we provide firewood for purchase at our camp store.

Trash: Follow the golden rule of camping and leave your site cleaner than you found it. We do not have site trash pickup. Place your trash in the dumpster provided. Dumpster is for household trash only. Large items must be taken with you when you leave. Please do no litter. This includes cigarette butts!

Restrooms & Laundry: Leave area clean & notify management if disorderly or requires maintenance. Dish, pet and clothes washing in the restrooms is prohibited for sanitary reasons. We are on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than RV safe toilet paper.

Clotheslines: Permitted for the temporary drying of beach towels & swim wear only. 

Wilderness: No trees, bushes, or plants to be cut, removed, defaced, damaged or injured in any way. Do not nail or screw anything to trees. 

Emergencies: For park maintenance emergencies please call (715)891-9575. For all other emergencies (fire, medical or other rescue need) please call 911. All other non-emergency matters should be addressed during office hours. 

Safety: Please drink responsibly. Illegal drugs, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Violation is grounds for your immediate ejection. This is a private park and your safety is important to us. Please notify the office if others will be visiting your site and provide their names and vehicle information. NO firearms or fireworks.

Please Respect Others. Do not enter or walk through sites of others unless invited. Keep your possessions and vehicles on your own site. Do not crowd or encroach on other sites. Keep personal belongings concealed, especially when not present. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Vehicles and all other motorized vehicles: All vehicles must be registered and insured, be road-worthy and be driven on the roadways only. No speeding, reckless or drunk driving. Obey standard traffic rules. (10 MPH)

Payments: Processing fees may apply. 

Policies, Rates and/or Sites are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to enter any site at any time. We are not responsible for damages, injury, or loss by accident, weather-related damage, theft, or fire to RV or property of any guest. We reserve the right to refuse service and to decline to allow a space to be occupied. The registered guest is the “responsible party” and accountable for the actions of all family members and visitors. We reserve the right to eject any guest, without refund of rent or deposit, for: Unpaid campsite fees, Violation of any rules/policies, Repeated speeding violations, Verbal or physical threats/ actions from any guest or visitor to another guest, visitor, employee or management, Deliberate damage or destruction of property belonging to Peaceful Pines, other guests or visitors.

Reservation & Cancellations:

Reservations require 30 days’ notice for refund, minus a $30 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date. 

Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds due to sand, trees, the discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules, dislikes of your neighbors, or change of minds staying. We do not give any refunds/pro-rate for early departure.

All RV sites include full hook-ups, power, water, sewer. Rates are for 2 adults (18+); $3 per additional adult per night. 

CHECK-IN: Check in hours are between 3:00pm - 5:00pm.

AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN: Sometimes you just don’t make it to where you’re going on time, it’s okay, we understand! Give us a call to let us know you will be arriving after hours. When you get here, stop at the camp office, hanging on the “Late Arrivals” mailbox by the door you will find a packet and map with your name on it directing you to your site.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
